Participants may wish to attend Saturday night festivities at GLYC at their own cost - buy tickets on Website.

Sunday morning will be independent events and all events will be over by 2.00pm when GLYC resumes its own program and everyone packs up and leaves their area clean and tidy.

As this is a very low cost event there is no arrangement for overnight security or extra lighting so the responsibility for supplying marquees, power & security of displays etc. lies with exhibitors.

The Rally organisers will do what they can to help but their main priority will be the Rally and Rally participants.

The money raised will be used for advertising etc. to make sure this event has as many spectators and participants as possible.
